Application: starting with your head in a downwards position, place the towel on your head with the button at the base of your neck. Gently twist the length of the towel with your hair inside until snug and then secure by looping the elastic over the button at the back. Leave on for as long as desired. Avoid rubbing the hair while placing or adjusting
