How to use: 1, Apply serum or moisturiser to the face and neck. 2, Start at the forehead, apply gentle pressure & begin rolling in upward & outward movements. 3, Move to the cheeks & jawline, before finishing on the neck areas. 4, After 2 minutes of rolling, either remove any excess product or rub the remainder onto your skin. 5, Clean carefully with mild soap, and handle with care as the crystals are fragile.
For extra cooling, relaxation & inflammation reduction, place the roller in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes before use.
