Repeat from the side of the nose, moving under the eye. Then, focus on ganglionic areas on either side of the ear (repeat 5 times). PLUMP: Sweep upwards from chin to earlobe, from corner of the lip to ear, from cheekbone to top of the ear (repeat 3 times). Then, focus on the temple and the crow’s feet. SCULPT: Smooth upwards from chin to earlobe, from corner of the lip to ear, from cheekbone to top of the ear and temples (repeat 5 times). Then, focus on the nasolabial fold (horizontal lively smoothing) and the forehead (vertical lively smoothing). SEAL: In the final week, the aim is to seal in the efficacy of The Treatment by performing each of the three gestures in turn.
