<li>How to use: To blend eye colour, sweep the brush over your finished eye look. To shade, sweep the side of the brush into eye colour. Tap off excess and test the colour on the back of your hand to ensure you have the desired amount of pigment. Place the brush in the crease of the eye and sweep in a windshield wiper motion until colour is seamlessly blended.
