Do not attach the controller to your Bib whilst charging. Once fully charged (all 3 lights will be illuminated), detach the controller from the charging cable. Your Bib will not work if it is attached to the charging cable. Using the two sets of straps provided to treat your areas of concern. The shorter straps will create a collar to treat the neck and decolletage. The longer strap will treat the chest, shoulders and back. It should feel secure, but comfortable, and not tight. Attach the controller to your Bib. To turn on your Bib firmly press the button on your controller.
